You can return the item within 30 days of receiving the item. The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card). To do this, please write to us at Jenesaq@mail.ru and indicate:

• Product name and order number.
• Reasons for return.
• Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

Please note that the following categories of goods are not subject to return, regardless of how the product itself is called on our website:

We will refund you the full cost of the product, minus related costs, after we make sure that its presentation, properties and factory labels are preserved.

The usual time for sending an order is up to 3 (three) business days. In the event that some units were not available at the time of the order, the time for sending the order may be up to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and public holidays, force majeure situations.

We deliver by local or international postal services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. We usually deliver by the following shipping services:

In the case of delivery of goods by international delivery services such as DHL, UPS and others, delivery is carried out to the door of the Buyer. Confirmation of receipt of the goods is a signature on receipt of the parcel of the Buyer or another person located at this address (in accordance with the rules of transportation of the relevant courier and postal delivery services). Also, the goods are considered delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer has instructed the representatives of the above delivery services to leave the parcel at the door without the presence of the Buyer. In this case, the risk of non-receipt of the parcel lies entirely with the Buyer.

Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. This means that the Buyer must pay for shipping when sending the product back to us. If the shipping cost is not paid, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

When returning orders that were sent outside of Russia, in addition to the delivery cost, the sum of all customs duties and fees, including import VAT and brokerage services, which are paid by us in the country of the Seller, is added. These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased item.

Please note that in case of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to the unwillingness to pay duties in the Buyer's country, we will also deduct the transportation and all other related costs in both directions, as indicated above, from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

If at the time of your request we have not sent you an order, we will refund your funds in full. If the order has already been sent, all the return rules specified in the RETURN block apply to it.
